Similar styling to West Ashton but reduced scale was used on a restricted site formally a rear garden to a large dwelling.

Paramount was the awareness to not overlook or overshadow adjoining buildings as well as be of a scale commensurate with the local area.

Materials used: Plain tile roof with brick and reconstructed stone detailing, Georgian style windows throughout.

House design being based on basic rectangular plan form under a hipped roof with small projecting extensions.
